Permanent Lok Adalat Shall be Treated as Second Appellate Authority: Kerala HC - 18.02.2019

Kerala High Court has directed that Permanent Lok Adalat in state shall be treated as final level appellate authority in Grievance Redressal Mechanism put in place by state, for persons affected by flood/landslides, in relation to benefits announced for them through the various Government orders.
