Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Exemption of Speed Governors for Some Transport Vehicles - 26.11.2015

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to State Government on a PIL petition questioning exemption given by the Union government to vehicle manufacturers for fitting speed governors for N1 and M2 category vehicles till April 1, 2016.
