Gauhati HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to Dr. Hiren Gohain and Akhil Gogoi in Sedition Case - 14.02.2019

Gauhati High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Assamese litterateur Hiren Gohain and KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi, against whom the police had registered a sedition case for the comments made by him during his protest against the Citizenship Amendment Bill.
