Alarming That There are Not Even 10% Beds in ICUs of Govt Hospitals: Delhi HC - 14.02.2019

Delhi High Court has said it is "alarming" that not even 10% of over 10,000 beds in all Delhi Government-run hospitals were in the ICU sections.
