Chhattisgarh HC Dismisses Petitions of Cops, Sacked for Failing to Join Anti-Naxal Operations - 25.11.2015

Chhattisgarh HC while dismissing a bunch of writ petitions challenging dismissal of service of petitioner police officers, by Superintendent under Article 311 (2) of Constitution of India for failing to joint anti-naxal operation, has held that orders are not illegal under the article.
