SC Allows NCLT Ahmedabad to Decide Essar Steel Insolvency Case - 12.02.2019

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea by operational creditors of Essar Steel, including Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), which had sought a stay in insolvency proceedings against the debt-laden company and allowed NCLT Ahmedabad to continue Deciding on Essar Steel insolvency case.
