Madras HC Stays Principal’s Decision to Discharg a UKG, Class II Students - 25.11.2015

Madras HC has stayed order of Principal of C.E.O.A. Matriculation Higher Secondary School discharging a Class II girl and a UKG student from school forthwith since their father allegedly waylaid chairman and yelled at him for restricting parents’ entry through one of school gate.
