Rape Victim's Evidence Stands on Higher Pedestal Than That of Injured Witness: Bombay HC - 11.02.2019

Bombay High Court has acquitted a man convicted of raping his 15-year-old student who took tuition from him and also held that a rape victim's evidence stands on a higher pedestal than that of an injured witness.
