Plea in Supreme Court Seeking Direction to Parties to Not Field Candidates Having More Than Two Kids - 08.02.2019

The plea, filed by BJP leader and lawyer Ashwini Upadhyay, said that non-compliance of the norm should lead to withdrawal of citizens' statutory rights including right to vote and contest elections.
