SC Upholds Constitutional Validity of UP Higher Judicial Service Rules Stipulating Cut Off Dates - 07.02.2019

Supreme Court has upheld constitutional validity of Rule 12 of Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1975 which provides cut-off date for fulfillment of age criterion (35-45), as first day of January.
