Delhi Court Gives Police Time Till Feb 28 For Sanctions to Prosecute Kanhaiya Kumar, Others - 06.02.2019

On January 14, police filed the chargesheet against Kumar and former JNU students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya in a city court. It said Kumar was leading a procession and supported seditious slogans during a 2016 event in the varsity to mark the hanging of Parliament-attack mastermind Afzal Guru.
