Choices of Sexual Preference Protected Under Scheme of Constitutional Morality: Calcutta HC - 05.02.2019

Calcutta High Court has observed that consensual cohabitation between two adults of same sex cannot be termed as illegal and also observed that such self-determination in matter of sexual preference, even if not procreative, is inherent for the enjoyment of life and liberty of every individual.
