Sugar and Edible oil are 'Agricultural Produce': SC Over Britannia's Appeal - 05.02.2019

Supreme Court has upheld Bombay High Court ruling that "edible oil", "Vanaspati" and "sugar" are 'agricultural produce' within the meaning of Section 2(1) (a) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963.
