Violation of Mandatory Formalities Under NDPS Act 'Reasonable Ground' to Grant Bail: Kerala HC - 04.02.2019

Kerala High Court has held that violation of mandatory formalities under NDPS Act, including search procedure under Section 50 of Act, constitute "reasonable grounds" under Section 37(1)(b)(ii) to grant bail.
