Supreme Court Summons Subrata Roy Over Rs. 5,000 Crore Defaults - 01.02.2019

Supreme Court has ordered Sahara group chairman Subrata Roy to remain present in court on February 28 and answer why action shouldn't be initiated against him as business group repeatedly failed to meet deadlines to deposit Rs 25,781 crore with Sebi, as directed by the Supreme Court in August 2012.
