Only Parliament can Make Changes in List of SCs and STs and Not Government: Karnataka HC - 01.02.2019

Karnataka High Court has reminded State government that it is only Parliament which can make changes in list of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, scorning over issuance of circulars and government orders by State government interfering with the same.
