Essar Steel: NCLT Rejects Promoter Ruias’ Settlement Bid - 30.01.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has rejected the settlement offer by Essar Steel’s promoters, the Ruia family, paving the way for the acceptance of ArcelorMittal’s bid for the takeover of debt-laden company.
