Delhi HC Directs Union Govt. to Revise Compensation Paid to Kin of Rail Accident Victims - 24.11.2015

Delhi HC while taking into account rising inflation and falling buying power of the rupee, has directed Union Government to revise the compensation paid to the kin of rail accident victims.
