Delhi HC can’t Challenge Panel on Sealing: Supreme Court - 29.01.2019

Supreme Court has pointed out that it had made it clear in its earlier judgment that any challenge to decision of sealing monitoring committee would lie in Supreme Court and it also restrained Delhi High Court from dealing with any plea questioning the decisions of Committee.
