Juvenile at time of offence exempt from sentence
The Supreme Court released a person imprisoned for 10 years, after he was declared a juvenile at the time of the offence. The Petitioner had failed to prove his juvenility at the time of the offence before the trial court. He was convicted for murder and sentenced to life imprisonment as an adult.
