Metro Safety is Not Negotiable: Delhi High Court - 28.01.2019

Delhi High court has said that gauging Metro's safety is sole privilege of Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety and can’t be overruled through arbitration and also set aside Rs. 4,500-crore award in favour of Reliance Infrastructure subsidiary Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt. Ltd. (DAMEPL).
