Supreme Court Agrees to Examine Validity of 10% General Category Quota - 25.01.2019

Supreme Court has decided to examine Centre's decision to grant 10% reservation in jobs and education to poor candidates belonging to general category, but refused to order a stay on the implementation of policy.
