Take Measures to Prohibit Paid Political Content, Ads on Social Media: Bombay HC to EC - 25.01.2019

Bombay High Court has said the Election Commission had a constitutional obligation to hold fair elections and hence should take steps to prohibit advertisements or paid political content on social media.
