NCLT Caps Withdrawal Limit from Banks for Former ILFS Directors - 24.01.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has put restrictions on the former directors of the debt-laden infrastructure financier IL&FS from operating their bank accounts, capping the monthly withdrawal limit at Rs. 2 lakh.
