SC Orders for Prosecution of Dean of a Medical College for Playing Fraud - 23.01.2019

Supreme Court has imposed a penalty of Rs. 5 crore on R.K.D.F. Medical College Hospital and ordered for prosecution of dean after noting that that college indulged in large-scale malpractices in showing compliance of standards to obtain permission for admission of students.
