SC Asks Centre to Explain Irregularities in Appointment of Information Commissioner - 23.01.2019

Supreme Court has required Centre to explain how, in the appointment of Information Commissioners, the selection committee has shortlisted names of those who did not even apply for their candidature to be considered.
