26 November declared ‘Constitution Day’

The Government of India has declared the 26th of November of every year as ‘Constitution Day’, replacing ‘Law Day’, to mark the “adopt[ing], enact[ment] and g[iving] to themselves the Constitution of India in the Constituent Assembly on the 26th day of November, 1949”.
