Delhi High Court Prevents Website from Downloading TOI, ET Newspapers - 21.01.2019

Delhi High Court has prevented www.sscias.com from downloading copies of The Times of India and The Economic Times newspapers as well as the logo of the Times Group till further orders, after Bennett, Coleman & Co (BCCL) complained of illegal use of its trademarks.
