Bombay HC Imposes Cost of Rs. 25 Lakhs for Preventing Court Inspection & Threatening Court Receiver - 21.01.2019

Bombay High Court has imposed costs of Rs. 25 lakhs on a couple, after they prevented a Court-appointed receiver from inspecting and seizing copyright infringing goods from their factory.
