NGT Imposes a fine of Rs. 100 Crores on Volkswagen for Emission of Nitrogen Oxide - 18.01.2019

National Green Tribunal has imposed a penalty of Rs.100 crores on Volkswagen India on finding that its vehicles emitted nitrogen oxide beyond permissible limits, causing damage to environment and health of people.
