Criminal Background of a Person can't Hinder his Right as Devotee: Kerala HC - 18.01.2019

Kerala High Court has permitted a man, accused in various crimes, to have 'darsan' of Lord Ayyappa at Sabarimala, observing that his right as a devotee can't be prevented or stalled merely because of his criminal background.
