Investor Grievance Redressal System and Arbitration Mechanism

MANU/SSMD/0022/2015

The Securities and Exchange Board of India issued a circular addressing the efficacy of the investor redressal and arbitration mechanism at commodity derivates exchanges. It provided clarifications on previous measures of an investor service and grievances committees, arbitration committees and called for a common pool of arbitrators.
