Annual System Audit, Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery

The Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued guidelines to mitigate risks to the stability and integrity of national commodity derivative exchanges in the event of disaster and disruption. The guidelines relate to annual system audits, business continuity plans and disaster recovery and require exchanges to initiate amendments in their bye-laws.
