SC Directs to Give Copy of Bedi Committee Report to Petitioners in Gujarat Fake Encounters Case - 10.01.2019

Supreme Court has required the final report by (retd.) Justice H. S. Bedi, prepared on an examination of the investigation into the instances of fake encounters in the state between 2002-2006, to be shared with the petitioners.
