Supreme Court Grants Relief to Adani Power on Rs 300 Crore Customs Duty Levy - 23.11.2015

Supreme Court while giving relief to Adani Power, has junked 2010 notification of Union Government which levied customs duty to tune of Rs 300 crore on company for electricity transfer from its thermal power plant in Mudra Special Economic Zone to domestic areas with retrospective effect.
