J&K HC Pulls Up State Against Appointing Relatives as PROs - 23.11.2015

Jammu Kashmir High Court while taking note of ministers appointing their relatives as PROs (Public Relations Officers), has ordered State Government to frame some standard criteria for the purpose to be adopted by them and other higher ups.
