It's Not Rape if Promise to Marry was Not Made with Intention to have Sex with Woman : SC - 03.01.2019

Supreme Court has held that if a person had not made the promise to marry with the sole intention to seduce a woman to indulge in sexual acts, such an act would not amount to rape.
