Bombay HC Issues Contempt Notice to Lawyer Who Allegedly Slapped Judicial Officer - 29.12.2018

Bombay High Court has registered a suo motu criminal contempt case against an Assistant Public Prosecutor who allegedly slapped a judicial officer and also observed that such outrageous conduct need no tolerance.
