1984 Riots Case: Sajjan Kumar Likely to Surrender Before Court on Dec 31 - 27.12.2018

Sajjan Kumar was sentenced to life for the "remainder of his natural life" by the Delhi High Court on December 17 in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.
