Delhi HC to Officers: Face Contempt Proceedings for Non-Compliance of Court’s Direction - 23.11.2015

Delhi HC has warned two senior officials of Delhi Government of contempt action if its directions on renovating a district consumer forum at Shalimar Bagh and filling up staff vacancies there are not complied with.
