Delhi Court Grants Default Bail to Alleged Middleman in Rakesh Asthana Bribery Case - 19.12.2018

A Delhi Court has granted default bail to Manoj Prasad, an alleged middleman arrested in connection with bribery allegations involving CBI Special Director Rakesh Asthana, due to failure of CBI to submit charge sheet within 60 days of the arrest.
