SC Issues Summon to Rohtak DSP, for Evading Arrest of Balbir Singh - 20.11.2015

Supreme Court has summoned Rohtak DSP, a Station House Officer and owner of a private hospital in Gurgaon for allegedly helping Balbir Singh, alias Bali Pehalwan, ex-MLA of INLD from Meham, evaded arrest for nearly two years in a 2011 murder case.
