Capital Gain of Minor can be Clubbed with Income of Mother: ITAT - 17.12.2018

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chennai has held that capital gain received by minor daughters can be clubbed in the hands of the Mother under provisions of Income Tax Act.
