Educated Woman Should be Aware of Consequences of Having Sex Before Marriage: J&K HC - 17.12.2018

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has observed that when a woman is major and educated, she is supposed to be fully aware of the consequences of having sexual intercourse with a man before marriage.
