Delhi HC Seeks Report from State of Impartial Decision on Pre-Mature Release of Lifers - 14.12.2018

Delhi High Court has issued notice to state government on a petition seeking transparency and fairness in working of the Sentence Review Board (SRB), which considers cases of pre-mature release of lifers.
