Sessions Court can’t Exercise Revisional Jurisdiction in Cases Under Juvenile Justice Law: Delhi HC - 14.12.2018

Delhi High Court has ruled that a Sessions Court cannot exercise revisional jurisdiction under the Juvenile Justice Act and that such power only lies with the high court.
