Kerala HC: Cannot Direct School to Allow Muslim Girls To Wear Headscarf & Full Sleeved Shirt - 12.12.2018

Kerala High Court while observing that individual interest must yield to the larger interest has refused to interfere with school’s decision of not allowing two Muslim girls to wear a headscarf and a full-sleeved shirt to school.
