German Bakery Blast: SC Admits Plea on Bombay High Court Order - 11.12.2018

Supreme Court has admitted for hearing a Maharashtra Government appeal challenging a Bombay High Court order commuting death sentence of Mirza Himayat Baig, the convict in the 2010 Pune German Bakery blast, which had claimed over a dozen lives.
