RTI Not Applicable to Religious Institutions Not Funded by Government: T & AP HC - 10.12.2018

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that religious institutions like temples, churches, mosques, which are not financed/funded by the government, do not fall within the purview of the Right To Information Act, 2005.
