Delhi HC Slaps Cost of Rs 1L on Bharat Petroleum for Harassing Dealer - 10.12.2018

Delhi High Court has slapped a cost of Rs 1 Lakh on the PSU for harassing a petrol pump dealer and her legal heirs since year 1991 by not honouring the dealership agreement and extending litigation against them.
